(Univoltine)  Habitat Damp meadows and heaths as well as woodland and downland. Foodplant A wide range of herbaceous plants, as well as on shrubs and trees. Lifestage data Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva feeds flowers and terminal shoots. Pupates in a flimsy cocoon spun up in the debris. |
